Around 5:00 PM on March 21 an African American 20 yr old was going door in the 1000 block of Webster.  When he knocked on one door, the resident cracked the door.  He was polite at first and tried to drop Cooper Mannings name saying his son opened the door for him then as she said " no thanks" he got aggressive cussed out the resident and said something about rich white kids and called her a racist witch. She immediately called patrol. Just FYI
