There is a new, eighty-nine seat restaurant/bar that is being proposed to be opened at the corner of Magazine and Nashville. As alcohol will be served, a Conditional Use Permit will be sought. There are neighborhood meetings set to address any questions and/or concerns you may have on the following dates:
Monday, September 22, 2014 at 8:00 pm – St. Paul’s United Church of Christ Auditorium – 600 Eleonore Street
Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 8:00 pm - St. Paul’s United Church of Christ Auditorium – 600 Eleonore Street
A copy of a letter concerning the meetings and restaurant is attached.
