Due to the forecasted weather for Saturday evening, the 1000 block of Webster is officially canceling the Saturday night Halloween Block Party. People will trick-or-treat Friday in the neighborhood, but they are not closing off the block and will not hold an official block party this year as many people already have commitments for Friday evening.
