Security District Board Meeting
The Board of Commissioners of the Upper Hurstville Security District met on 2/2/09. Two items of significance were decided:
1. Our current CPA, Katherine Smith, a UH member, will expand her current role and will assist the Board in several more of the district's management duties, including updating the member email list, preparing official correspondence with the City, keeping the District records, responding to telephone calls to the Board, assisting the Board in formulating a budget, and planning for the next election for the renewal of the Security District parcel fee. We have the utmost confidence in Katherine and welcome her expert assistance.
2. Scott Brown was appointed to the Board of Commissioners by the officers of the Upper Hurstville Resident's Assoc. Scott served on the previous Board and we welcome his experience. Additional Commissioners will soon be appointed by our elected officials.
